Make a Difference
Habitat for Humanity of Hall County is able to accomplish inspirational work through the generosity of passionate volunteers. Whether the work is accomplished on a building site, at a home in need of repair, or in the ReStore, volunteers are at the heart of Habitat.

Schedule by VolunteerHub
Currently, Habitat For Humanity of Hall County has a breadth of volunteer opportunities available, both individually and group-based. The first step for any volunteer to take is to create a volunteer profile at www.habitathall.volunteerhub.com.
Once a profile has been created and/or approved (for Community Service Workers only) volunteers self-register for shifts at www.habitathall.volunteerhub.com based on their interest and availability. Volunteers will receive a welcome email from the Volunteer Coordinator confirming their account and detailing self-registration information. Volunteer orientations will occur monthly, with specifics left to the discretion of the Volunteer Coordinator. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
Weekly Builds: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
ReStore Opportunities: Monday-Saturday, 9am to 5pm
(Habitat for Humanity’s inclement weather policy can be found below)
Inclement Weather: Habitat for Humanity of Hall County typically builds in rain or shine, however, outdoor operations cease with the presence of lightning. All Habitat for Humanity of Hall County volunteer operations cease if Hall County schools and/or government entities are closed. Should a volunteer shift be canceled on a non-team build day, volunteers will be notified via email and telephone no later than 7:30 am on their scheduled day of cancellation. If a team build is canceled due to inclement weather, volunteers will be notified by 5 pm on the day prior to the scheduled build via email and telephone. As your safety is paramount, in all cases, please use your personal discretion to determine if it is safe for you to travel and attend a scheduled volunteer shift.
